Our personalised service ensures we are able to tailor your people-related needs to the requirements of your business. Our mission is to provide professional, caring and timely advice to our clients. This, in line with an understanding of your business needs, ensures that your major asset  'your people', are supported within the workplace meeting employment law requirements. Founded by HR professional Trevor Royals, HRCS provides both face-to-face and on-call support to clients for their human resource related issues, which include:

Trevor is a tertiary-qualified Human Resources professional with over 20 years' experience in senior HR management and HR advisory positions within multi national, not-for-profit and national organisations across a range of industry sectors (Including BP Australia, Insurance Australia Group, Vestas Wind Technology and The Clean Energy Council). The culmination of this experience has enabled Trevor to utilise his Human Resource skills in a variety of challenging environments.
